If you are in immediate danger or experiencing severe symptoms, please seek help through emergency or crisis services in your country.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use these services. Sessions are available in English or Dutch and require sufficient language proficiency.

3. Confidentiality

As a psychologist, I follow strict professional standards of confidentiality. What you share during sessions remains private and will not be shared with others, except in cases where:

  • There is a real and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others;

No session is recorded without your explicit consent.

4. Booking, Fees, and Cancellation

All fees are clearly communicated before booking. Sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

5. Individual Responsibility & Outcomes

Counseling is a collaborative process. While I strive to support your process of change, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You are fully responsible for how you use the insights and tools offered.

6. Workshops, Courses & Educational Content

Courses, lectures, blogs, and exercises are intended for educational purposes only. They do not constitute therapeutic advice and do not establish a therapeutic relationship.

7. Online Delivery & Technical Requirements

Sessions are conducted online via secure platforms. You are responsible for:

  • A stable internet connection;

  • Adequate audio and video capability;

  • A private and distraction-free space.

If you cannot attend due to technical issues on your side, this may count as a late cancellation.

8. Practical Tools Between Sessions

Between sessions, you may be given personalized exercises or reading materials. These are optional and supportive in nature. No guarantee is made regarding their effectiveness or applicability to your situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials—sessions, exercises, texts, courses, and blog posts—are protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, or republish any part of this content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vos Mental Health is not liable for:

  • Decisions or actions you take based on sessions or content;

  • Technical issues that disrupt delivery;
